Eleven more to go!

So we made it out of January alive.  What's in store for us now? Six more weeks of winter? Bring it on.  I have dubbed myself Drift Queen this month. Needless to say, I've been enjoying all the snow we've been getting.  If it's going to be cold, snow is a good reason for it to be so.

Gone are the days of Christmas carols and merry-making.  Behind us are the first days of fulfilling our new goals.  We are now moving into the days of amor.  *wink*  I've seen so many things for Valentine's Day.  Candies.  Hearts. You name it.  All of it has caused me to think of what I can do with my pies.  I've got some ideas running, but I'm afraid I may not be able to create them and post them before V-day comes.  I just ordered a heart-shaped springform pan and I'm working on a chocolate dip recipe.  I will try to have something new up before Valentine's Day.

I would like to think further ahead, regarding the seasons and the holidays.  I've been a bit busy lately, but I want to be able to offer something new and different every month.  Feedback is much appreciated.
